  • 07:00 - 08:00  Mantra/ pranayama/ cleansing

  • 08:00 - 09:30  Yoga and sound healing

  • 09:30 - 10:30  Yogic breakfast

  • 10:30 - 13:30  Self-care/ Karma yoga/ outing on weekends/Ayurveda/Anatomy/Philosophy 

  • 13:30 - 14:30  Yogic lunch

  • 14:00 - 16:00  Surprise class like body percussion/ sound healing/ AcroYoga/ self-massage/ juggling

  • 16:00 - 17:30  Yoga

  • 17:30 Sunset on beach/ kirtan/ ecstatic dance/ sauna

Things to carry at Shiva Yoga

  1. Yoga Mat: Bring your yoga mat for personal use during the training. If not, we will provide one for you.

  2. Comfortable Attire: Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes suitable for yoga practice. Additionally, please bring white attire for ceremonies.

  3. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated by bringing a refillable water bottle.

  4. Writing Materials: Bring a notebook and pen for note-taking during lectures and discussions.

  5. Personal Items: Pack your essentials, including toiletries, towels, a light jacket/shawl, and lightweight/dry-fit clothes. Bring a flashlight, mosquito repellent, and an international adapter. Don't forget vitamins, medication, a shawl, earbuds, and small towels for yoga practice. Stay comfortable and prepared throughout your Yoga TTC.
