Ashtanga Yoga is a spiritual discipline. It is more than a physical practice. In Ashtanga yoga we use our breath and body to find the true self, to find our dharma, to make peace with the world outside and inside of our being.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient and powerful Yogic technique of relaxation, rejuvenation and restructuring. It's a powerful tool of Pratyahara, the fifth limb in the 8 limbs of yoga.

Yoga Nidra will help to relax and integrate the Asana practice into life and will calm and revitalize the nervous system, the endocrine system, the organs and the whole body.

What to expect in this Immersion?

In these 7 days immersion we will dive deeper into Ashtanga practice, covering the geometrical and functional aspects of the asanas.

Daily we will dive deeper into Yoga Nidra, theory and practice. We will integrate Ashtanga practice and Yoga Nidra.
