You will also learn the approach of the peaceful mind, the ancient yoga that draws upon the ancient wisdom and healing practices of yoga and offers an integrated and harmonious practice of asanas or postures, powerful pranayama, or known as conscious breathing, chanting, and meditation. The instruction style encourages correct postural alignment, synchronization of breath, and movement and creating awareness of the mind-body-breath complex. The coaches are also passionate about the therapeutic aspects of this ancient system and work with individuals with specific needs by using props, therapy principles, and Vini yoga. Yoga is about appreciating one’s uniqueness be it physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is about acknowledging and adapting to change, continually redefining one’s practice, and thereby moving towards self-awareness and transformation. Program

Timing of Sessions

Number of hours of live sessions for each online meetup will be three hours per day. Timing will be 7.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. (GMT+5:30). Participants can practice offline yoga at any time before 7.30 PM.

  • 20:30 - 21:00 Intensive meditation
  • 21:00 - 21:30 Kundalini awakening session
  • 21:30 - 22:00 Mantra chanting
