200 Hours Yoga TTC in Rishikesh is about understanding yoga from its beginning. The learning of concepts, history, and practicing basic posture is an important part of this yoga teaching program. This is a beginner-level yoga teacher training course that helps you in entering the yoga teaching field. However, due to the covid 19 pandemic, people are avoiding the offline Yoga TTC. Moreover, the restrictions involved in the crisis limit the moment for a person to learn and gain yogic knowledge. Thus, the whole 200 Hours Yoga TTC has shifted in the online 200 Hours YTTC module. This online yoga learning and understanding involves Meditation, Yoga poses correction, Anatomy classes, Pranayama, Yoga Methodology, and Philosophy. As a beginner, you came across the basics and concepts of the Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa, and Hatha form of yoga via the digital medium.
