The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is limited to 15 people and it is offered by a team of experienced teachers. This is a comprehensive Yoga Instructor training program, designed in accordance with the 200 Hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. After successfully completing the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance and you will be qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga worldwide. All the modules taught meet and exceed yoga alliance requirements. Our comprehensive course schedule includes Asanas, Asanas Methodology (Adjustments & Theory), Pranayama and Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Ayurveda and more. The Pranayama classes cover various techniques like Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Shithali, Shithkari and Bhramari ’Mysore Style’ is practiced on Saturdays where students get a chance to improve their practice without the teacher leading them but the teacher will be present to adjust the postures if necessary. It is an intense experience that helps to develop a firm foundation of inner discipline. The eligibility for this course is a sincere desire to learn and discipline to attend all the classes. 6 months of recent yoga practice in ashtanga or hatha is a must.

Yogacharya Bhupati was born and raised in Mysore. He started practicing yoga at the age of 13 and continuing with his prime interest etched in Ashtanga Yoga, he has been imparting his knowledge and skill of the subject to those willing to imbibe yoga as a lifestyle. At the institute, he manifests his teachings in the form of Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. Yogacharya Bhupati also propagates and shares his knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga through yoga workshops held in India & Internationally. Prior to joining Ashtanga Yoga Mysore, Yogacharya Bhupati sharpened his adeptness of the form under the guidance of Malladihalli Raghavendra Swamiji, for about 8 years. He also owes five years of his life to the teachings of BNS Iyengar.

Yogacharya Rama has led his disciples into performing some of the most difficult of Asanas with absolute ease. During his learning phase, he was guided by names like Yoga Shiromani BNS Iyengar. He is an accomplished teacher whose knowledge allows him to approach his students’ bodies with a degree of insight and sensitivity. often successfully embody the challenging but often eventually nurturing atmosphere at Ashtanga Yoga Mysore. To his string of degrees and honors pertaining to Ashtanga Yoga, he has conducted more than 50 Teacher Training Courses, over 1100 Asanas adjustment workshops and he is also a lifetime member of Mysore Yoga Association.
