During our 50 hours, you get to know the basics of Sun-salutation in detail, practicing asana and meditation every day. We also have alignment classes for basic asanas and Hatha sequence. So once you finish the retreat you have an idea about how to create a class for yourself. We also bring the philosophy of yoga and most important is that the student learns about the yogic anatomy of energy, about Nadi and Chakras.
