Thirunavukkarasu is one of Thavathiru Yoga's most valued instructors with many years of experience in teaching Hatha yoga. Thiru's calm voice takes you on a journey of inner peace, connection to your true self, and awareness of your breath. This retreat follows a tight daily schedule to ensure that students get ready for classes. It is encouraged to take full rest every night by sleeping early as part of your practice and to maintain health and focus throughout the program.

DAY 1 ACTIVITIES:

HEALING YOGA: 7:30 – 8:30 AM
The day starts with the prayer and healing yoga. The concept of healing yoga is designed to let you feel the deeper benefits of yoga according to your body requirements. Beginners Asanas (Muscle and joint relaxation), Pranayam (with theory, based on health benefits).

SAATVIC BREAKFAST: 9 – 10:00 AM
AYURVEDIC CONSULTATION / HOLISTIC MASSAGE / LECTURE ON HEALTH CARE: 10:30 – 12:30 AM

– The ayurvedic doctor diagnosis your health condition and tells you about your body constitution.

Indulge yourself into a holistic and deeply relaxing ayurvedic massage.

– A class specifically designed to learn the authentic teachings of Ayurvedic lifestyle and the basic preventive measures to cure your health

AYURVEDIC LUNCH AND REST: 1:00 – 2:00 PM
NOURISHING EXPERIENCES: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
The guests are guided for Treatments/ Individual Yoga Therapy Session/ Mantra Chanting Class/ acupressure/ Fire Ceremony to release negative vibes/Astrology.

BRAINSTORMING DURING HEALTH DRINK BREAK: 4:30 – 5:00 PM

YOGA AND MEDITATION: 5.00 – 6.30 PM

SAATVIC BREAKFAST: 9 – 10:00 AM
AYURVEDIC CONSULTANCY / HOLISTIC MASSAGE / LECTURE ON HEALTH CARE: 10:30 – 12:30 AM

a. Knowing your body type and planning your way to achieve above said six dimensional health accordingly will be the topic of the talk on second day.
b. Experience the therapeutic benefits of shirodhara on your mind to make it clearer, calm and relaxed.
c. Learn the techniques to relax your mind and to raise your consciousness by knowing the coordination between the mind and body.

AYURVEDIC LUNCH AND REST: 1:00 – 2:00 PM

SIGHT SEEING: 2:30 – 6:00PM

Watch the beautiful areas Of Rishikesh, like a trip to parmarthNiketan for Ganga Aarti, a visit to shrines in Ram Jhula or LaxmanJhula, meditation near the river Ganga and to explore more in Rishikesh etc.

DINNER: 7:00 – 8:00 PM
MANTRA CHANTING: This session provides an opportunity to get the feel of devotional vibrations through mantras as recited by the saints.
 

DAY 3 ACTIVITIES:

HEALING YOGA: 7:30 – 8:30 AM
The day starts with the prayer and healing yoga. The concept of healing yoga is designed to let you feel the deeper benefits of yoga according to your body requirements. It helps to release the toxins or negative traits at the physical, mental, emotional and psychological level and to restore the body with a vibrant energy.

SAATVIC BREAKFAST: 9 – 10:00 AM
a. Get an individual consultation from the doctor to learn more precise about your health requirements.

b. The aromatherapy massage helps you to release the deep residing toxins from the body.

c. The teaching on how to follow a daily regime and a seasonal regime according to Ayurveda, that is best suited to your doshas or body type.

AYURVEDIC LUNCH AND REST: 1:00 – 2:00 PM
GROUP ACTIVITY: Choose any group activity by your liking and requirement.

OPEN HOUSE: You can mutually share the experience of your visit with the hosts or guests.
