In this 30-hour live and/or replay Yin Yoga & Prana training we will explore the theory and science of yin yoga, balanced with the experiential and energetic aspects of the practice.

Level of prior knowledge required

A level of knowledge and basic practice in yoga equivalent to the initiation level and/or professional experience in sports or yoga entertainment are required to access the training.

Meet the instructors

Julie

I discovered yoga in 2019, it invites me to focus on who I am. I then trained in Hatha-Vinyasa at Sattva Yoga, a style of Yang yoga (solar energy), dynamic, in perpetual movement. My way of teaching is intrinsically linked to my nature, I transmit a tonic practice, where each muscle contracts for complete awareness and strengthening of the body.
