Agonda’s beach is very simple and natural. TRIP ADVISER rated AGONDA BEACH as NO.1 BEACH IN INDIA and 2ND in ASIA. Being located in southern most part of Goa, is a calm, isolated and very Beautiful beach in Goa. It’s a small beach with 3 km long stretch with beautiful mountains lying in both sides of the beach forming a curvature like, which enhances its splendour. With pure waters, sandy slopes, captivating sunsets, green surroundings, Agonda Beach is a quieter, hassle-free and has relatively less “touristic” inflow. Agonda is comfortably away from Railway and Bus stations which keeps it reasonable away from the daily inflow of single day-trip tourists and maintains its calm, peaceful atmosphere, most of the time. One can peacefully relax and meditate on the beach as there will not be any disturbance and distraction from salesmen, hawkers, masseurs etc., as they are not allowed by the local officials guarding the beach.
