Meditation: Guided and silent Sanjeevani kriya Sanjeevani Kriya is an ultimate way to explore your hidden and highest potential as a human being in order to create the life you really want and deserve. It is an integrated, intuitive form of breathwork combining with a very powerful ancient mantra. It works on the deepest levels of human consciousness. It enables you to access old memories that couldn’t be completely digested and integrated. Mantra-based consciousness, connected breathing in a state of deep relaxation floods the body with the life force and can be used to resolve these old memories and deep blockages from bodily systems and release negative experiences and traumas from your cellular memory. Through Sanjeevani Kriya negative behavior patterns and recurring negative emotions can be changed and transformed. It also enhances life force energy and oxygen level in the body which induces a deep relaxation to manifest new things in your life. It naturally induces a spiritual experience and a state of altered consciousness which ultimately leads to the experience of the self as the divine of all that present. The experience is physical, emotional, and spiritual and can go along with the state of pure ecstasy and bliss. Sanjeev Dutta

Sanjeev comes from a lineage of teachers, yogis, and maharishis; a descendant of Bhardwaj maharishi. He is an engineer who took to yoga and fell in love with the practice. After learning yoga from many world-famous teachers, he has been sharing this knowledge of yoga with his students for the last 16 years. Having learned different forms of yoga from great masters, he has developed his own style of yoga which includes the best of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Hatha yoga styles. His focus in teaching is to encourage and empower students to discover self through the practices of yoga.

Swami Sachidanand

Swami Sachidanand is a student of yoga since childhood. He is a 500-hour E-RYT with Yoga Alliance. A post-graduate in yoga philosophy, he also holds a 950-hour therapeutic AY teacher training course under accreditation from International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

Madhuri Pradnya

Ni Kadek Artuti Pradnya ( Madhuri Rasika Devi Dasi). has an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance instructor certification with Yoga Arts School. She completed 100 hours certification with Sivananda Ashram, Rishikesh India and 100 hours Yin Yoga instructor certification with Bali Yoga Teacher School. Since 2012 Pradnya has been studying Buddhi Yoga and Bhakti Yoga with Jani Jaatinen (Mahayogi Gokulacandra Das) and completed 500 hours yoga teacher certification. In 2012 together with brother Ary and his wife Kalina, she formed Gokul Yoga Bali school. In 2013 she created Shanti Toya Ashram, a retreat centre for yoga and wellbeing in Mengwi, Bali to teach Gokul Hatha and Gokul Vinyasa yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. Pradnya began her journey at the age of 6 when she learned classical Balinese dance. Her passion for dance then expanded to modern Javanese and Balinese style as well as Contemporary Western & Latin dance. This eventually led Pradnya into Yoga. After 17 years of teaching in Bali and around the world, Pradnya has deepened her experience of yoga, which for her is a lifelong spiritual practice.
