During this retreat, you will have daily yoga, pranayama, and sitting meditation Ayurveda practices. You will be able to relax and enjoy the environment and greenery, river, and waterfall, and the free time to explore the jungle and the spiritual holy city.
For asana classes, you have four choices to choose a class as per your own convenience: 0:10 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 9:30 p.m. Each class will last in 90 minutes including asana practice, alignment, or teaching methodology.
